Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TotalAFK ("TotalAFK", "we", "us") is an independent software project operated from Switzerland. These Terms govern your use of the TotalAFK website and the contribution-tracking dashboard available at app.totalafk.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

TotalAFK records contribution activity (such as chests and donations) for a Total Battle clan and presents it as an analytics dashboard for clan leaders and officers. The Service is an independent analytics tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Total Battle or its publisher.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country of residence.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The Service is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. The price and what each plan includes are shown on our website at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation, refund and dispute terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, resell access without our consent, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the rules of any third-party game or platform you connect it to.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it presents will always be complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotalAFK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or game progress arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
