Overview

This policy explains what personal data TotalAFK collects, why, and what rights you have. TotalAFK is an independent project operated from Switzerland. We act as the data controller for the data described here.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and login credentials, so you can sign in and we can contact you about the Service.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payments and your subscription status, but we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Clan analytics data: in-game contribution information (such as member names, chests, and donations) that you ask the Service to track on your behalf, so we can present it back to you as a dashboard.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service, such as request timestamps and error reports.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, keep the Service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run TotalAFK, such as our payment processor, hosting, and email providers, and only as needed for them to perform those functions. We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and analytics data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@totalafk.com.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to limit risk and respond promptly to any incident.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
